House Rules

To make your stay at Villa Bojana more pleasant and comfortable, please read the following information:

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-in time starts at 2:00 PM.
Check-out time is 12:00 PM.

Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability. Please contact the hotel reception for additional information.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made upon arrival at the hotel or at the time of reservation. Our services can be paid in cash or by credit card. Prices are expressed in euros.

The tourist tax and insurance fee is €1.50 per night and is payable at the hotel upon arrival.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations may be cancelled no later than 10 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations can be made via email at vilabojana@yahoo.com or by phone at +382 69 183 750.

HOTEL PROPERTY

During their stay, guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property. If you notice any malfunction or damage in the room, please report it to the staff immediately.

PRIVACY

Please inform the reception in advance about any visitors joining you during your stay at the hotel. All visitors are required to present a valid identification document upon arrival.

PETS

Pets are allowed in the rooms only with prior notice (additional charges may apply).
Pets must not be left unattended and must be kept on a leash in public areas.

RESTAURANT

Bringing outside food and drinks into the hotel restaurant is not permitted.

Every room reservation includes buffet breakfast. Other meals are prepared à la carte.

If you have special requests or personalized needs, please inform us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

SWIMMING POOL

Use of the swimming pool is free of charge.

Pool opening hours: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM.

Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when using the pool.

Jumping into the pool is not allowed.

Taking towels from the room to the pool area is not permitted. Please contact the staff if you need a pool towel.

SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed inside the building, including rooms and other indoor areas.

Smoking is permitted on room balconies, in the designated smoking area of the restaurant, and in outdoor areas.

QUIET HOURS

Please respect other guests and avoid loud noise in rooms and public areas, especially between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

PERSONAL VALUABLES

Villa Bojana is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage of personal belongings and valuables. A safe is available at the reception.

PERSONAL DATA

We collect and process personal data for the purpose of reservations and improving our services, in accordance with local rules and regulations.
